The Swiss Diamond limited lifetime warranty guarantees to the original purchaser of the cookware that it is free of manufacturing defects.
These defects may become apparent at any time during the lifetime of the product; however, the defect must have been caused during the manufacturing process.
Here at Swiss Diamond, we take manufacturing defects very seriously, and will happily replace your pan at any time if a defect becomes apparent.
The warranty expressly does not cover normal wear and tear, use, or misuse. Read more about this here.
To determine if your pan has a manufacturing defect, please take a look at this article to evaluate if one of these common oversights could be the root of the problem.
If you deem that the lack of performance could in fact be a manufacturing defect, please proceed with opening a new claim with us for full warranty review.
To submit a warranty claim for review under a manufactures defect, a MINIMUM of 2 HIGH-RESOLUTION PHOTOS ARE REQUIRED, INCLUDING:
**Must be taken in a well-lit room so that the surface can be easily seen**
The entire top of the pan, including handle **DIRECTLY OVERTOP**
The entire bottom of the pan, including handle **DIRECTLY OVERTOP**
To submit a warranty claim for review under a manufactures defect, proof of purchase is also required.
In order to streamline warranty issues and to better serve you, we utilize a warranty claims system.
Every warranty request is assigned a unique claim number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
For your reference we provide a complete archive including history of all your warranty requests. A valid email address is required in order to start.
